It has been a pleasure working with Mary Hendricks. Mary is not only very committed but also truly enjoys her job with the children. The population Mary works with in our therapeutic school can be highly anxious and resistant to participate in activities and socialization.  However all children look forward to seeing Mary and spending time with her during her activities. Mary always comes in the classroom with a pleasant and calm manner. She is very thoughtful about checking with me about the daily schedule and plans. She is also very flexible and accommodates to the needs of the children and classroom schedule. Mary has strong speech therapy skills, the children make progress and she reports their progress in a timely and accurate manner. Mary is also very punctual.
